Under the Just Us Women Productions umbrella of self-care and wellness services, Tamara Wrenn provides pre and post natal fitness. Classes identify and respond to the special fitness concerns and needs of the first time mom over 35.
- These classes teach busy women how to get physically fit as part of motherhood, the goal of which is to prepare their beautiful womanly bodies for a healthier pregnancy, a more satisfying birth experience and improved postpartum recovery.
- Each comprehensive 45 minute worksout includes; a warm-up segment, cardio, strength training, flexibility and en efficient cool-down.
- For classes taught outdoors the stroller is used as a fitness apparatus in addition to the natural landscape found in your neighborhood park. The Stroller Fitness classes are patterned after Strollercize, a fitness workout developed by expert and author Elizabeth Trindade.
